Nurse Practitioners

Linda Jackson
Nurse Practitioner
I have worked with the Nottingham Breast Team for 21 years. I began work as a Research Nurse in 1987 working with pre-menopausal women with Advanced Breast Cancer. The Macmillan Breast Care Nurses role was then developed and I was lucky enough to have this role for nine years. I worked as project Manager for the set up of the Cancer Two week wait from 2000 to 2002, when I returned to the Breast Unit and trained as a Nurse Practitioner. My other interest is the changing patient pathway and the constant changes in the Breast team.
