Breast Care Nurses

Coming from a District Nursing Background I joined the breast Unit in 1989 as a Breast Care Research nurse. I then worked as a Primary Breast Care nurse before changing to my current role in 2000 as a Macmillan Breast Care nurse.

My remit is offering support and information to those patients and thier families diagnosed with:

1) Secondary Breast Cancer (ABC)
2) Locally Advanced Primary breast cancer (LAPC)
3) Over 70s Primary Breast Cancer (EPC)
4) Men
