Consultant Oncologists
Consultant oncologists are doctors who specialise in the non-operative treatment of cancer.
Some oncologist specialise in the use of radiotherapy to treat cancer while others are experts in the use of hormone therapy, chemotherapy and new novel anticancer treatments such as herceptin. Oncologists work closely with surgeons to provide the ideal treatment for women with breast cancer.
